Hi everyone my name is Frank Ruggeri and I’m currently retired.  I’m a forward thinking parishioner of Saint Matthew the Evangelist.  In the past I’ve been a long time member of former Saint Theresa Parish, and although they’re adults now, I raised my daughter and son here until their college years. I’ve been a CCD teacher at all levels including Confirmation preparation and performing other odd jobs at Saint Theresa as needed.  I’m proud to continue to advise our pastor to serve ALL parishioners of Billerica
